I went for a long walk today because it was just gorgeous out there and I wanted a bit of exercise. Coming home with more money that I started out with is just plain fun. If I don't find anything, I'm not that bothered, but today I spotted a quarter. It was glittering in the sunshine and was just sitting there waiting for someone to pick it up. I have a jar at home where I toss the change into and you would be amazed at how fast change will add up.
If you don't need it, you might consider giving it to someone who really does. Last week, a lady approached me and asked for money. Whether or story was true or not, I gave her what she asked for and she went off happy... and so did I.
