Get familiar with the prices of foods in your locale. Today, I noticed
one store offering cantaloupe for $3.50 for large cantaloupes and
another store charging $3.00. That is a pretty big difference for one
cantaloupe.
I looked up the nutritional data on a cantaloupe and it is pretty amazing. I'm going to plant some next summer and get them for free!! (ps) when the fruit arrives on the vine, sit them on a coffee can to ripen in the field. My dad always did this!!)
