I Chose Not To Go Shopping!

I have the opportunity to go shopping this afternoon, but I have already decided that this is going to be a No Spend January. Okay... necessities aren't included in the list but anything from Bath and Body Works are!!  I can do this!!  I really don't need anything so... I can do this!!!

And why am I doing this?? Because I might want to splurge later in the year!
