Can You Eat Half?

My daughter and I try to go out once a week to pick up groceries and whatever else we need and we try to end the day with a little side trip for coffee and dessert. This is actually my on-going birthday present... but it was getting a little out of hand!!  Have you seen how much fancy coffees and pastries can add up to??  So, I try to sneak in just a flavored coffee instead of a fancy version that is more than double the price and I choose a pastry that we can share. Hey, I like my little treats but my mother is a diabetic who allowed her condition to get out of hand and she is paying for it now... so I'm trying to be careful in the amount of sugar I consume... so  flavored coffees instead of a fancy, sugar laden version is a better choice for me... as is sharing a pastry!  It's a win win for the both of us!!

Hope that I gave you something to think about today :) Here is to making 2018 the most profitable year that you have ever had!
