I'm a really small eater and the only reason that I'm pointing this out is that I ate half of my dinner last night and put the other half back into the refrigerator! Guess what I'm having for lunch today! Now, if you are a normal eater lol... why don't you simply cook more than you need and then refrigerate the left-overs. Using a microwave would use a lot less energy than cooking something from scratch!
