I miss Target soooo much since we moved back to Canada. I know of one Target store in Windsor, Ontario, but when we arrived back here, the store were closed. :( But for those of you who live in the US... you are going to want to use this idea!! It can really help with saving money!
And that is just for starters. I love Elf makeup and if hubby ever lost me in the store, he knew exactly where to look first!!
