Are You Making A Money Resolution This Year?

 I certainly hope that you are and the first thing that you need to do is decide what you want to accomplish! For me it is to get my impulse spending done to zero. If I can manage that, I should be able to see our savings rise and if that happens and we decide that we don't want to live where we are living presently, we have something to work with!  This is our first winter here in Manitoba and none of us are really sure if we want to make this permanent! ;)
