What I Like About Duty Free

It's definitely not the prices, but it is a great place to wander around and stretch your legs. Not that buying stuff doesn't take place there... because I have seen lots of people do it, but I think their prices are just a wee bit more expensive than they need to be... but it is fun!! I take advantage whenever I can and sometimes lol... I do slip up!

Hope that I gave you something to think about today :) Here is to making 2017 the most profitable year that you have ever had!

Should you buy at the Duty Free Shop?

On our way back to the U.S. from our Canadian Christmas with family, we did indeed stop at Duty Free... but it was to use the bathroom.  Have to admit that we did stroll around the brightly decorated store to have a peek. I love the makeup and perfumes and my daughter loves the chocolates. My husband, well you know what part he is drawn to lol. But being smart shoppers we can spot a deal when we see it and frankly we didn't see any. We actually saw chocolate that was cheaper in the supermarket and it was imported too.

Remember that items in these stores might be duty free, but they sure aren't profit free.  I just wish that they weren't quite so profit heavy!
